Meredith Giltner (Arts Co-Lead)
Meredith Giltner (Co-lead of Visual and Applied Arts) has taught Art for 15 years in the Ann Arbor Public Schools (9 at Skyline). Giltner received her BFA in Photography and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Michigan and her Post-Bach in Art Education from Eastern Michigan University. She received the DTE School of the Year award in 2014 for Arts Integration from UMS. She was the Vice President of the Michigan Art Education Association from 2020-2024. She lives in Dexter, MI with her husband of 32 years, 17-year-old and many pets. She finished her Master’s in Art Education from Boston University in May 2024.
